At MasterCool, we take pride in providing high-quality HVAC services to our clients. We recently had the opportunity to work with a hotel to provide annual maintenance services for their HVAC equipment.

The hotel had York chillers, including the YVYA, YEWS, CHWP, and CWP models, as well as a cooling tower, EK AHUs, and FCUs. Our team of skilled technicians thoroughly inspected the equipment to identify any issues that needed to be addressed. We then proceeded to clean and tune the HVAC components, replace any filters and belts that needed to be replaced and perform any necessary repairs.

Our annual maintenance services for the hotel’s HVAC equipment included:

• Inspecting and testing the chiller’s components, including compressors, fans, motors, and control systems
• Cleaning the chiller’s condenser and evaporator coils
• Lubricating all moving parts
• Checking and adjusting the refrigerant charge
• Testing the cooling tower’s fans, motors, and water distribution system
• Cleaning the cooling tower’s fill and drift eliminators
• Cleaning the AHUs and FCUs’ filters, coils, and fans
• Checking and adjusting the AHUs and FCUs’ airflow and temperature settings

Safety was a top priority throughout the project. Our technicians followed strict safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE, using lockout/tagout procedures, and following OSHA guidelines.
