The gas pipeline at Pertamina was leaking, causing potential safety hazards and loss of product. Our team of experts immediately identified the problem and proposed a solution using Belzona 1212 and Belzona 1611. These two products are designed to provide excellent adhesion and corrosion protection, making them ideal for pipe repair.

After preparing the surface of the pipe, our team applied a layer of Belzona 1212 to seal the leak. This product is a solvent-free epoxy material that cures quickly and has excellent mechanical strength. To provide additional protection against corrosion, we applied a layer of Belzona 1611, a two-part epoxy coating that provides long-term protection against abrasion, erosion, and chemical attack.

The repair process was fast and effective, allowing Pertamina to resume normal operations with minimal downtime. Our team also ensured that all safety protocols were followed during the repair process.
